The Document below is an order by the City of Waukesha Wisconsin Property Maintenance inspector ( Angie Grover ) if you read the order it sounds great only now believed to be a front for the tenent D because the Sewer pipes are municipal and There City Of Waukesha Wisconsin is very negligent as well as her Landlord . So instead of help D the had something going on the side with the Landlord which we are still trying to figure out.
Landlord Negligence 
There really isn’t any thing , I don’t think to any of the family ,and friends there all victims . I guess given the chance since I love here . I would rather give a nice smile to them then spit those meaning less words . My condolences .
