It was clear at that time that the employee was lying too the tenent when told ” everything looks good on this end ” , The city of Waukesha does not want to be negligent so what do they do ? ‘Nothing ? ” So now they are even more negligent , there has now been a civil right complaint with a micro SD card filled with 100 or more time stamped photo’s tons of Emails between the property maintenance inspector and tenent clearly showing negligence , text message‘s , between Ok landlord and tenant . Undisputed evedence .
As far as the City of Waukesha knowing that the sewer plumbing is damaged it is believable that when asked to go out and check man hole in the street .
